Common Questions

Open the app, go to Settings → Subscription, and tap "Restore Purchases." Your Pro subscription is tied to your Apple ID, so make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase. If you still have issues, contact support@goldbullionstacker.com.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel: go to your iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Gold Bullion Stacker → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain Pro access until then.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your Gold Bullion Stacker purchase, and submit a refund request. Apple typically responds within a few days.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account within the app. This will remove your server-side account data within 30 days. Your locally stored portfolio and iCloud synced data will be removed when you delete the app. For manual deletion requests, email support@goldbullionstacker.com.
The app shows live spot prices from global futures markets (COMEX/LBMA), which are the benchmark "melt value" prices. Dealer prices include a premium over spot for minting, distribution, and dealer margin. The Deals section shows estimated premiums from major dealers, but always confirm the final price on the dealer's website before purchasing.
Live Activities require an active internet connection and iOS 16.1+. Try: (1) toggle the Live Activity off and back on from the Live Prices screen; (2) restart the app; (3) check that Background App Refresh is enabled for Gold Bullion Stacker in iOS Settings. If the issue persists, email us with your iOS version and device model.
Yes, if you have iCloud enabled for Gold Bullion Stacker (Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Gold Bullion Stacker: toggle On), your portfolio data is automatically synced across your Apple devices. We also recommend exporting a CSV backup from Settings → Export Data regularly.
